Led by owner and trainer\, Ray Schott\, this 45-minute session will be a non-contact\, all-levels boxing fitness class designed to be welcoming for beginners while still offering a good workout. The session will include a warm-up\, basic boxing stance and technique\, mitt work\, light conditioning\, and a cooldown (no sparring or participant-to-participant contact involved).
