DESCRIPTION:Join us for an introductory Schott’s Boxing Fitness session! Led by owner and trainer\, Ray Schott\, this 45-minute session will be a non-contact\, all-levels boxing fitness class designed to be welcoming for beginners while still offering a good workout. The session will include a warm-up\, basic boxing stance and technique\, mitt work\, light conditioning\, and a cooldown (no sparring or participant-to-participant contact involved). All that participants need to bring are comfortable workout clothing\, clean athletic shoes\, and water! FREE for all Adams Station & Woodhill residents\, ages 12 and up\, RSVPs are REQUIRED as there are a limited number of spots- the session has a strict cap at 15 people.
