If we find damage in any way\, garbage lying about the property\, unsold items thrown in the dumpsters\, or any other rules broken\, it will result in us not having another yard sale. Don’t be the person to ruin this for your fellow neighbors! If you would like to see future yard sales as events\, then please follow the rules set in place. \n\n\n\nThere will be 32 available spots to reserve in the Adams Station clubhouse side parking lot. Reservations are not required\, but recommended as it is a first come first served basis. To reserve a spot\, please email Lauren at adamsstationlifestyle@livewellgroup.com. \n\n\n\nCarry-In\, Carry-Out! Whatever you bring to sell for the yard sale MUST be taken back home with you after. Any unsold items\, garbage\, or supplies cannot be thrown in our dumpster nor left in your assigned spot. If items are left behind\, garbage is not taken care of\, or any damage is done in your reserved spot\, it will affect you being able to participate in future yard sales and lifestyle events. \n\n\n\nIf you are interested in borrowing an Adams Station table\, it will be on a first claimed basis. The first 5 people to email and reserve a table will receive a table. If you want to borrow a table\, it will be given to you the morning before the yard sale.
