Join Lauren and neighbors on an early morning walk of the complex! Be sure to dress appropriately, as we will wander on and off the walking trail. Meet at the clubhouse at 9am, walk starts at 9:05am.

Monthly Unwind, a 1-hour class designed for all yoga levels, with modifications provided. Every Wednesday morning in February we will have this community walk for everyone to join as part of our February Footsteps Challenge. If you would like to participate, please meet fellow neighbors at the clubhouse as a starting point. The walk will commence at 8:05am!
